資深室內設計師

1、室內、建筑設計等相關設計類專業，本科及以上學歷； 2、能夠參與室內項目的方案構思與設計，具備較強的創意和策劃能力，并提交滿足客戶要求的設計方案； 3、能夠跟蹤整個工程項目直到完工驗收；解決施工實地發生的設計問題； 4、熟悉設計與施工的相關專業規范；對設計后續的施工工藝、結構及材料材質有一定的了解及運用經驗； 5、具備良好的溝通能力、應變處理能力及團隊領導能力，能夠與業主、供應商、材料商以及相關專業公司高效****** 7、良好的英語和普通話聽說讀寫能力。 Qualifications i. Bachelor's degree or higher in interior and architecture design or related majors. ii. Creates and develops overall design concepts. Create design presentation strategies and makes presentations. iii. Supervise and control the process from design concept to construction. iv. Familiar the requirements of the design specifications and the basic local Chinese standard. v. Good interpersonal, communication and team leadership skills, ability to cooperate effectively with clients, suppliers, materials suppliers and other companies. vi. Experienced user of AutoCAD,SketchUp,Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape and Microsoft Office. vii. Strong verbal and written language skills in both English and Mandarin.
